The Sweat Alberta Retreat is a women’s only weekend full of workouts, HIIT, yoga, speakers, and socialization to bring our Alberta health & wellness communities together and foster a supportive environment centered around health, wellness, and being the best version of you possible!
When: October 19-21, 2018
Where: Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity.
Who: ALL women – ages, appearances, experience & ability do NOT matter. ALL women welcome, but space is limited!
Bring a friend, make new ones, try new things, learn more about how to live a healthy lifestyle, and most importantly, have FUN!
You can pay one of two ways:
1. Register and pay a non-refundable $200 deposit now. The remaining $300 is due no LATER than August 15.
2. Register and pay the entire $500 amount now.
Registration will remain open until September 15, or until all spots fill, whichever comes first.

I am a self proclaimed health and fitness junkie! Over the past 12 years in the fitness industry, my personal philosophy and approach has evolved. I was not raised surrounded by health but as soon as I experienced the power I held to create how I felt I was hooked!!
I must admit, when I began my journey in fitness I was primarily focused on how the body looked. However, as my experience has grown and life has transformed, so has my philosophy.
I have discovered the key to being awesome… is feeling awesome, and this means taking care of ourselves on all levels. Fitness to me is now the engine that allows me to take part in my life, to play with my kids at the park and to lead my clients on their fitness journey. Nutrition and mindfulness is the fuel that allows me to enjoy and be present in the moment for all of it. I believe and train to be fit for life.

The practice of yoga and the practice of coaching resonate strongly with my true self, the same true self that loved sports and being in the present moment from a young age. I am committed to sharing my understanding with open-minded individuals (like yourself!) who want to grow and reconnect to their true self. Balancing My Wellness Inc. was born out of this desire to share, co-create and make this world a happier place to be. I have aspirations of adding a new financial/budgeting service in the next couple of years as well as growing the retreat side of my business to include international destinations. I offer life coaching packages and registered yoga classes and can be hired on an as-need basis for workshops, retreats and private yoga.
