I LOVE cauliflower pizza! I am so lucky that my boyfriend likes it too! I just wish it wasn’t so time consuming (compared to lifting my finger to order a pizza, lol). Definitely worth the little bit of work though!

I love Parmesan and garlic on anything. I am going to sure try it on broccoli now. Thanks!
September 6, 2016 at 1:22 pm
It’s really tasty! Play with the measurements until you find your perfect amount! Some days I add more parmesan than others 🙂
September 6, 2016 at 1:24 pm
I do the exact same thing.

Thanks so much for writing a wonderful post about Mealime, Kyley! We really appreciate it 🙂 Glad you liked the skillet lasagna recipe…it’s definitely one of my favourites. What’s not to love about pasta, cheese, tomatoes, and beef? Haha. I hope Mealime continues to be useful to you – we have big plans for the app.

I don’t know how I survived without it! I’m so glad I found out though. Thanks for making such an amazing app with amazing recipes!!

Thank you Kyley for sharing this! I’m so greateful for the transparency! Like you I continued with bbg long past what I should have but not anymore! ❤
April 14, 2017 at 3:27 pm
Thank you for taking the time to read it Amy! I feel that transparency and honesty are so key, and I pride myself in being both of those as much as possible. I can’t wait to see your new journey!

Fantastic post – so proud of you.

Thanks Jenn!

I typed a super long comment and it disappeared . But basically I agree with you 100% . And I’m sorry you were crapped on by the Sweat Team. You obviously put in SO much work and you deserve so much respect and recognition for that. The bbg Alberta and Canada community are so lucky to have you. I’ve been so encouraged by you so often and I’m so glad I know you. ❤. And yes BBG gets pretty boring after a while. Good job moving on!!
April 14, 2017 at 3:26 pm
Oh WordPress – disappearing comments are the worst. Thank you so much for supporting me Audrey, it means a lot! I am glad we know each other too and that we finally met in person!

I guess when it’s time for a change, it’s time for a change! Especially with all that raised-eyebrow, negativity nonsense. What’s next?
April 14, 2017 at 5:10 pm
Change is good. Positivity is definitely a better space to live in. I am currently following an amazing weight lifting program, while training for a half marathon in August!
April 14, 2017 at 5:19 pm
Omg fun!! 🙂
April 15, 2017 at 5:10 pm
Great post!
I have been doing the BBG program for 12 weeks now and have felt a massive difference already but I have started moving to weight training with a PT now as well so that I am getting the results I want… I totally agree with your comment about it getting a little stale. It’s also really hard to keep up when the exercises start to require more and more special equipment that I don’t have the money or space for!
May 3, 2017 at 3:42 pm
Great post! I definitely can relate and agree with so much of what you’re saying!
May 3, 2017 at 5:30 pm
You need to be far more outraged than you are. To have this conversation in 2016 is an embarrassment to the Medical & Pharmalogical industries. I have lived and been hearing your story since 1988. Let that sink in.
May 5, 2017 at 10:33 am
I’m not sure what being outraged would do – it’s already enough of an internal struggle. Anger would just make things worse. Do I wish there was a cure or more research, or that I could get surgery sooner? Yes. That’s nothing that anger will resolve though. My goal is to raise awareness, to have others understand what this disease is, but not to do it with anger.

NAILED IT!!!! ♥️♥️ I LOVE MBB!!
February 1, 2018 at 2:27 pm
Reminds me of Larabar but in a ball format, looks delicious 🙂
February 1, 2018 at 2:28 pm
Omgosh you’re totally right! Very similar to Larabars, no wonder I liked them so much!
February 1, 2018 at 3:23 pm
It is! I’m curious if you got them to stay intact and not fall apart? That’s my problem with trying this before 😁
February 1, 2018 at 3:24 pm
As long as I kept them in the fridge/freezer they stayed together perfectly!
February 2, 2018 at 1:00 pm
Ah, that is a cool way of getting them to stay together, I am curious what the secret to keep them intact without a fridge is! Research time 🙂
February 2, 2018 at 8:23 pm
Yummy combo!
February 3, 2018 at 4:25 pm
It is SO good!
March 4, 2018 at 12:15 pm
Ohhh it looks so yummy! Is it expensive though?
March 4, 2018 at 12:27 pm
Hey Jen! It’s $29USD for a 10oz container. You can also use their store locator on their site to find places that carry it rather than ordering online!

Dr Belland is my surgeon as well. I’m scheduled to have a hysterectomy on Halloween (2018) which is in 48 hrs. This is my second surgery with her and she did such an amazing job the first time around, I was able to hold off on my hysterectomy for almost 5 years! I cannot day enough great things about her and her skills and knowledge as a surgeon is truly invaluable! I know I won’t be having 7 unnecessary surgeries by an inexperienced OBGYN like my mom had! I agree with everything in your article and I’m with you!! My mom had it, I have it and now my sister’s and my daughter’s risk of getting it are very high. I have several friends who are just now being diagnosed with it, after years of me trying to tell them I think that’s what they’re suffering with. Too many OBGYN’s aren’t up to date on the symptoms or treatments for endo, let alone the advanced laparoscopic and excising procedures needed to properly treat women with the disease. These inexperienced surgeons are only adding to our pain. Thankfully, I did my research and hand picked Dr Belland to treat my Endo and I have never looked back. I’m extremely conflicted about having a hysterectomy but I know it’s my only option at this point. We’ve exhausted all other treatment options. My family is complete but it still took me 3 full years to agree to it. Dr Belland waited and was there immediately when I called her office to give them the go ahead. I truly believe that I’m in the best hands possible, not just in Calgary but almost all of Canada. I know it’s not a cure but I believe in miracles and Dr Belland will get me as close to a miracle as possible! Cheers to having a better quality of life and I truly hope she gives you the relief she’s given me over the years. Good luck and keep spreading the word!!
November 15, 2018 at 2:45 pm
Hi Lyndsay! I hope your surgery went well and you are recovering nicely! Dr. Belland is definitely the best, and I am very fortunate to have gotten in with her! It really is sad that there isn’t more information and research – I hope one day there is a cure!

Great article! It’s so true that the journey can be so overwhelming. That’s for the easy to follow simplified tips.
January 19, 2019 at 5:39 pm
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

I’m impressed, I need to say. Really not often do I encounter a weblog that’s each educative and entertaining, and let me inform you, you have got hit the nail on the head. Your thought is excellent; the difficulty is something that not sufficient people are talking intelligently about. I’m very joyful that I stumbled throughout this in my search for one thing regarding this.
March 19, 2019 at 5:04 pm
This actually answered my downside, thank you!
